Kasumi Knives are produced by the Sumikama Cutlery factory in Seki Japan. Sumikama specializes in producing knives from the most advanced materials, with the most advanced manufacturing techniques. The Kasumi VG-10 PRO series is the latest addition to the Kasumi range. Kasumi VG-10 Pro Series Knives are forged from one single piece of super high carbon VG-10 (HRC 60-61) stainless steel, meaning that these knives stay sharp longer than most other Japanese knives. These knives are produced to an extremely high degree of hardness, to give a very sharp and durable edge. The knives are finished off with a resin marble effect handle.
